Ratatudor - A Year 5 Spectacular

17 March 2008

On Monday 17th March, Year 5 children put on their very original Tudor performance of 'Ratatudor', for parents and friends. This was the culmination of a term's work based on the Tudors.

It told the story of the life and times of Henry VIII and his six wives, as seen through the eyes of Roddy the Rat and his rodent cronies.

The show contained songs from the period, as well as modern ones, and featured courtly dances in Tudor dress. Parents provided an array of beautiful costumes and the performance was a visual feast for the eyes.

The children raised money for the school's charity to support a child in India.
