Reception's Dinosaur Adventure

5 to 15 March 2018

During the Spring Term Reception thoroughly enjoyed learning about dinosaurs!

Eggs appeared in their classroom out of which hatched dinosaurs. The children learnt about the job of a palaeontologist and had a go at digging for their own dinosaur bones. They discovered many fascinating facts about dinosaurs' their diets, features and behaviour.

Did you know that Spinosaurus was 17 metres long? They measured this on the playground and were amazed by how long this actually was!
