Year 2 at Blakesley Hall

24 November 2017

On Friday 24th November Year 2 had a fantastic day visiting Blakesley Hall in Birmingham.

The children were transported back to 1666 to learn about the Great Fire of London through the eyes of the famous diarist Samuel Pepys. They dressed up, acted and also had the opportunity to explore the herb garden, investigate how a Tudor house was built and handle artefacts.

The children had a fantastic learning experience and were perfectly behaved and attentive as always!
