Year 6 Visit the Black Country Museum

November 2010

In November Year 6 visited the Black Country Museum in Dudley. They had a day looking at how life used to be in the Black Country during Victorian Times.

They visited houses, shops (their favourite being the sweet shop), the forge, a workshop, the church and the school room where they were treated to a lesson. They were also able to play with toys that Victorian children used to play with which they really enjoyed.

An informative and enjoyable day was had by all.
